Close to the airport. Room was good. Most of the staff except the manger was polite and nice The hotle is fairly close to the airport and you can walk to several restaurants, clubs and shops The manager actually called me to see how to improve the hotel and I told him about refreshing the gym, the lady manager that was rude and the food and so I am updating my review now to a better grade. He gave me a phone number and we agreed to work on making the hotel better

The hotel itself is stunning; the rooms are perfectly furnished, the food is delicious, and the customer service exceeds my expectations. The traditional Ethiopian coffee corner in the reception area is delightful. Additionally, it's conveniently located close to the airport, and a complimentary shuttle service was provided.
